Love Rugby Festival will take place from Saturday 20 June to Sunday 5 July 2026.

'The Couch to 5K’ fun run takes place on Sunday 5 July at 9:30am. This year, we're also introducing a 1K fun run, suitable for families and children aged 11 and under on Sunday 5 July at 9am.

To get ready for the fun run, download the NHS ‘Couch to 5’ app, which will help you to prepare for the run in just 9 weeks.
